|Recommended: YesOverall A Good, Quiet Property — Very quite and clean complex. Apartments could use a little upgrade, but overall they are nice and good quality. Can't hear too much of the neighbors. Very easy to get around. Staff is very helpful as much as I've needed them so far.
|Recommended: YesComplex is very quiet, walking access community. Hospital within 5 minutes, Local eatery within walking or car ride of 5-10 minutes. Amazing Management Staff. Whenever I need repairs once I email office it's done in timely ,manner. Management is willing to upgrade any areas you see that is necessary for your comfort. Well Lighted Parking Area for Safety.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience, Friendly People, No Problems — Deer Run is a quiet complex in a perfect location. Around the corner there’s a mall, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. My unit was upgraded so the kitchen living room had a more modern feel. Maintenance problems were always fixed same day or the day after.

I will always be grateful for the staff supporting me with my Relay for Life Video Cancer Awareness Fundraiser .
