|Recommended: YesGood Apartment With Lots Of Little Details That Are Not Right. — The apartment doesn't have modern lighting, which would be pretty easy to install in the living room and the bedroom. The contractor that is used does not have attention to details and doesn't try to do a good job it appears, just tries to finish. Lots of little things that were not finished, small damage, poor quality drywall work, bad patches on the kitchen counter. Other than that, it is a normal apartment.
|Recommended: YesFirst Month Review — I have been very very pleased with living here in my first month. The neighbors are friendly, and welcoming and so is the staff. There has not been one single day that I have seen Kris and she hasn't told me hello or good morning or asked me how things are going. She has been awesome since the day I came to apply during the summer. My only push back is the amount of bugs rodents I have experienced. Maybe its because I am on the first floor and its easy access for them, but I have seen common things like roaches and spiders but also lizards and baby lizards crawling on my carpet in my room kitchen, and in my bathroom. I have tried my best to keep them away with bug sprays like Raid but I don't know what else to do about it. I just don't want it to be a situation where there is a nest somewhere and it becomes more of a problem. However, I love my apartment and this community. It has been quiet, no drama, no crime or anything like that. I am very pleased with how things are going so far other than that.

|Recommended: YesManagement — Living here for about a month. The management and maintenance are good people, problems get handled fast and efficiently, rent is cost effective and the neighborhood is relatively very quiet. I recommend this place to live 100 .

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for 4.5 years and I absolutely love it The office staff is amazing and helpful. They have great communication when things are happening, whether planned or last minute. Maintenance is great If something needs to be fixed, they get it taken care of in a timely manner. It’s a pretty quiet community with really good amenities. The new bark park is definitely a great added feature as many of the residents are pet parents.

|Recommended: YesNeed More Parking — Parking I’m afraid to go out at night because when I get back I’ll have to park in a different parking lot. I feel that my car will be damaged by the kids or immature adults that walk by and a lot of cars have been broken into. Noise Too many people like to blast obnoxious music on calm moments like Saturday and Sunday mornings. Too many people want to sit in their car and talk on their car speakers with it blaring. Cleanliness Too much dog poop. I clean up mine why can’t they clean up theirs Trash As I was walking to the dumpster to throw away a bag of dog poop I saw what looked like drug baggie. Construction quality Things are falling apart. Walls are falling down my patio railings are dry rotting too much work for maintenance to keep up with really. I really wish that who ever is in charge of delegating tasks would remember that when construction work needs to be done then hire construction workers. When it comes to the maintenance personnel they are there to maintain the work done by others. I have no problem with the maintenance workers. They have my up most respect. They do good work and do their best.
