submitted by JOSHUA S. - |Recommended: NoWater — Had an incident where the maintenance staff took over a week to figure out why water was pouring down from my bathroom vent. It was a crack in the tub above me. Finally figured it out and had someone replace the tub. That night it was 10 times worse because the messed up. 2 Summers now the AC unit had a clogged drain causing water to soak my closet floors. All they did was vacuum out the clog and it clogged again days later soaking my closets again. All of this while rent goes up every year.
